Overview

Teaching Assistant: Salary Range: G05: £10,283 - £11,528, 15 hours per week, term time only, temporary position.

Closing date for applications: Monday 9th February. Start Date: February 23rd (or as soon as possible thereafter).

Responsibilities

  • Support students in our ALN department under the guidance of the ALN Coordinator.
  • Provide support to students in class or in small groups, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills, social communication, and behavioural difficulties.
  • Be fully involved in the life of the school, providing administrative support and covering for absent colleagues.
  • Support students outside the classroom.
  • Take some responsibility for line managing other teaching assistants and organising their daily schedules.
