This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic colleague to join our vibrant and successful school. We are looking to appoint a committed individual to supervise student lunch time at Hampstead School. As a Midday Supervisor, you will have a friendly, but professional approach, fantastic customer service, a positive attitude and a passion to make a difference to the lives of our pupils.
As a Midday Supervisor, you will assist the catering team and teachers on lunch duty in the running of our student lunch service.
Responsibilities:- Supervise student lunch time at Hampstead School.
- Assist the catering team and teachers on lunch duty in the running of the student lunch service.
- Maintain a friendly, professional approach and positive attitude to support pupils and staff.
- Working hours: 13:15 – 14:45 (daily). During the summer exam period, lunch time may be adjusted to accommodate exam timetables (e.g., 12:00–13:30 or 12:15–13:45).
- Hours per week: 7.5 hours.
- Weeks per year: 39 weeks.
- Salary Grade: Scale 1, Point 2-4 (Inner London).
- Actual Salary: £5,864 - £6,030.
- Retention payment at the start of each new academic year for returning to work after the summer holiday break (three weeks of the employee’s normal weekly salary).
- Closing Date: Sunday 22 February 2026 at 12:00 PM.
- Date for Interviews: Thursday 26 February 2026.
