Overview
Eastern High - Flourish in Life. We are looking for a suitable candidate for a pastoral House Manager role at Eastern High. The role of House Manager is key to maintaining student culture in the House and across the school.
We are looking to recruit someone with strong experience in developing positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and external agencies. Demonstrating experience and knowledge against the job description is important but we are also looking for someone with the right values of resilience and team spirit to fulfil this key role.
Eastern High is an exciting place to work, where staff enjoy coming to work. It is located in an area of high deprivation and therefore it is essential that the candidate has energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to improving outcomes for young people in challenging circumstances.
The successful candidate will join a team of staff who are committed to developing and enabling young people to achieve their full potential and go on to flourish in life. This is an especially exciting time to join us as we moved into a brand-new state of the art building earlier this year.
