This is a part-time term time only Matrix funded position linked to a pupil. The hours are 13 hours per week, and the days of work are Thursday and Friday.
Are you a caring and passionate Qualified Teaching Assistant? Then we welcome you to join our dynamic team at Longwell Green Primary School! We are seeking a dedicated individual to support a child through the rest of Year 5 and to the end of Year 6 in our inclusive and successful school. This pupil has gone from strength to strength since joining us in EYFS and we want the right person to continue this successful journey.
The child is caring and enjoys quiet personalised attention, needing care and help sometimes navigating social situations and to a significantly decreasing level the child also at times requires support accessing their education. As part of our supportive team, you will provide structure, routine, and flexibility to continue the child’s very strong progress.
We have an excellent relationship with the family and we have all seen so much progress and we are keen to continue the very successful approach we have and to support this lovely child. Longwell Green is well known for being a highly successful, caring and happy school with a strong emphasis on creating the best in everyone as shown by our most recent OFSTED (Feb 2025) and our strong community reputation.
