The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We require a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our curriculum teams for Building Services, Health and Social Care and Art. You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including producing correspondence and reports, assisting in arranging class cover, diary management, handling queries and communicating effectively with students, parents/carers and staff across the College.
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably gained in the education sector. You should also have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience of using IT systems/databases. You will be a good team player, able to work flexibly and on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
Please note: for individuals who start a term time only role after 1st September, the salary will be pro‑rated from the start date to the end of this academic year (31st August 2026). This ensures that the correct entitlement to pay and holiday pay relative to the portion of the year worked. From 1st September 2026 the salary will revert to the normal amount.
