They will be supporting the young people in the workplace and helping them to learn and do the job, while they are on the internship programme.Ideally, you should:- Be passionate about supporting and guiding young people- Be skilled and have experience of talking to employers- Be flexible and adaptable- Want to make a difference to the lives of young people with additional needsIdeally candidates will hold a qualification in Supported Employment and be trained in Systematic Instruction. However, for the right candidate this training will be provided.The role is working across the Lighthouse Learning Trust, at both colleges, Richard Taunton Sixth Form College and St Vincent College.
