Mangotsfield School is seeking a Senior Behaviour Lead to work within the Senior Leadership Team to raise standards of behaviour and promote a positive, inclusive school ethos. You will be responsible for day-to-day behaviour management and implementing effective policies and proactive strategies.
Reporting to the Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion & Ethos), you will lead on safeguarding, data analysis of interventions and targeted pastoral support for students, parents, and staff.
