If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.We are seeking a calm, consistent, self-motivated Support Assistant – Level 4, to support students. This is a vital role in our pastoral structure, helping to provide immediate self regulation and behaviour support while working to address the root causes of disengagement and disruption.The Support Assistant - Level 4, will supervise and support students in our enhanced provisions who may not have not met expectations of the school or classroom environment or are struggling to fully engage with mainstream lessons; promoting positive behaviour, reflection, and reintegration into mainstream lessons. They will maintain a calm, structured and respectful environment that supports learning and accountability. They will deliver structured interventions and activities, track the impact of these interventions, monitor students’ engagement and progress, and provide feedback to key staff; working closely with the pastoral team, SENCo and external professionals where appropriate.We welcome applications from professional, conscientious individuals, who are confident in de-escalating challenging behaviours and establishing excellent relationships with our students, someone with high expectations that encourage them to fulfil their potential.
