If you are passionate about wanting to make a difference in Children's lives, we would love to hear from you!****Your opportunity**In this dynamic position, you will deliver and support engaging lessons in the absence of the subject teacher, ensuring continuity of education while maintaining high expectations of behaviour and achievement. Working closely with teaching staff and the wider inclusion team, you will motivate and support students of all abilities, provide meaningful feedback on their progress, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment aligned with the school’s values and development priorities.**What we're looking for:*** Teaching assistant experience* Good literacy and numeracy skills evidenced by grade ‘C’ at GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths* Achieved or working towards HLTA qualification* Able to confidently and competently apply knowledge and skills acquired from training into a practical classroom context* Ability to relate to, and communicate with, children in and out of the classroom* A trustworthy, approachable, and passionate attitude towards making a positive impact on students’ lives.* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with GLF Schools' policies.This role is suited to someone who is dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic about helping students reach their full potential.**About the Banbury Cluster**Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director.
