You'll engage with school leaders, HR professionals, MAT executives and decision-makers across the education sector, helping them solve recruitment challenges through Eteach's market-leading products and services.The RoleYour day-to-day focus will be to:Generate new business revenue through proactive prospecting and consultative business developmentBuild strong relationships with senior leaders across schools, colleges, MATs, independent schools and specialist education settingsIncrease adoption of Eteach's recruitment and talent solutions across your territory.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving agreed sales targets.Support educational organisations to improve recruitment outcomes and reduce hiring costs.Strengthen Eteach's position as a trusted strategic partner within the education sector.Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking and referrals.Build and execute territory plans to maximise market penetration and revenue growth.Engage senior stakeholders including Headteachers, Principals, HR Directors, Trust CEOs and Executive Leaders.Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract close.Develop tailored proposals aligned to each customer's recruitment and workforce challenges.Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success and product teams to maximise customer outcomes.Represent Eteach at industry exhibitions, conferences and networking events.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:A proven track record in new business sales, business development or solution-based selling.Experience selling software, SaaS, digital services, recruitment solutions or technology platforms.A strong understanding of the education sector, including schools and Multi Academy Trusts.Experience managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecasts.A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your territory.Why join EteachAt Eteach, we believe every child deserves access to great teachers, and every school deserves the right tools to find and retain them.
