Our client is a well-known shipping and trading company. They are now looking to hire a commercial dry shipping or commodities/international trade lawyer to join their London office. You will advise on a broad range of matters. Dry shipping and day-to-day commodities trading work will form the bulk of the role. Full training will be provided, if required, particularly for anyone joining from a law firm dry shipping team.
Institutional fit is extremely important as you will be working with charterers, operators and traders from day one in what is a supportive and collegiate working environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years professional experience of dry shipping/maritime/commodities law but individuals outside of this range will be considered.
