Our client are a leading trading and shipping company with a sizeable Geneva office. They are now looking to hire a common law qualified dry shipping and trading disputes lawyer with 2+ PQE to join them. You will be part of a team with six other lawyers and plans to grow further to keep pace with business expansion.
As the only lawyer in the Geneva office with this skill set (dry shipping and commodities trading) you will be expected to lead on matters from day one and work collaboratively with similarly qualified lawyers around the world. Training and support to get up to speed quickly will be provided.
There is a broad range of work on offer to include handling all of the day to day trading and dry shipping matters across a variety of commodity products. The successful candidate will also be involved with structuring and drafting deals, claims / disputes and commercial work.
