Our client is a well-established operator and developer of oil, gas and renewables assets with a substantial commodities trading operation. They are looking to recruit a lawyer as Senior Counsel - Energy Finance for their growing Singapore office.
You will lead on a broad range of finance matters including energy asset finance, corporate finance and structured trade commodities finance in multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate is likely to have 5+ years of professional experience leading finance transactions. Ideally, they will be qualified in a common law jurisdiction. Candidates with both energy finance and commodities finance experience across any product are particularly desirable. Experience of oil, gas, or mining deals would be advantageous. Candidates outside of this range and profile will be considered.
