They are looking for a legal counsel to work on these deals from both a commercial contracts and supply chain finance perspective. The ideal candidate will have experience with legal issues around trade/structured trade finance, commercial contracts and warehousing/logistics.

Salary range: £120,000‑£150,000 per annum. This role offers very flexible working, competitive pay and good progression prospects for their lawyers.

Key Qualifications
  • 8+ years of post‑qualification experience (PQE).
  • Previous experience in a law firm, in‑house, or on a secondment basis.
  • Strong knowledge of trade/structured trade finance, commercial contracts and supply chain logistics.
  • Full training and support will be provided to get up to speed quickly.
