Job Description
Our client are a diversified energy and commodities trading company looking to recruit a Commodities Compliance Manager for their busy London office, reporting into the Head of Commodities Compliance.
You will be involved with developing and implementing a best in class compliance and ethics programme. Covering financial crime, client management and any applicable regulations worldwide. This will be across a wide range of commodity products both physical and financial including oil, gas, LNG, metals and some ags.
The successful candidate is likely to have 4+ years of professional experience in compliance within an exchange, shipping or commodities trading environment. Candidates who have worked at the London Metal Exchange (LME) or have experience of dealing with the LME are particularly of interest. It is of crucial importance to them to find someone able to develop successful, robust working relationships within the company and with counterparties. Candidates outside of this range and profile will be considered.
