Commercial Counsel – Supply Chain Finance
Our client specialises in providing innovative financing solutions to a wide range of multinational corporations. They assist businesses with managing their supply chains and financing requirements, partnering with a variety of household names worldwide.
They are looking for a legal counsel to work on these deals from both a commercial contracts and supply chain finance perspective. The ideal candidate will have experience with legal issues around trade/structured trade finance, commercial contracts and warehousing/logistics.
Salary range: £120,000‑£150,000 per annum. This role offers very flexible working, competitive pay and good progression prospects for their lawyers.
Key Qualifications
- 8+ years of post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Previous experience in a law firm, in‑house, or on a secondment basis.
- Strong knowledge of trade/structured trade finance, commercial contracts and supply chain logistics.
- Full training and support will be provided to get up to speed quickly.
- Candidates outside this range and profile will be considered.
