ETC Awards is building a pool of contracted exam invigilators to underpin Apprenticeship Assessment Multiple-Choice examinations via an online portal.
It is anticipated that there may be an occasional requirement to travel to a centre and undertake invigilation in person, this however will be the exception rather than the rule and should the need arise specific details will be discussed at the time.
Full training to undertake the activity will be provided in advance however we are looking for people with:
- Excellent organisational, administration and relationship management skills
- Attention to detail and an ability to proof read assessment related documentation
- Ability to promote learning and opportunity for all
- Ability to be flexible over hours of attendance, including, on occasions evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic team-worker
Competitive renumeration is offered to include appropriate expenses for the rare occasions invigilation away from home might be required.
