ETC Awards is a trusted and growing Assessment Organisation for Apprenticeships and Qualifications, working in close partnership with Further Education Colleges and Independent Training Providers across the sector. We’re now looking for a driven, relationship-focused Partnerships Manager to help shape our next phase of growth. Key Purpose: To drive new business growth and unlock greater value from partnerships across the Further Education and Training Provider markets, supporting ETC’s strategic ambitions through an insight-led, consultative approach to relationship management, with responsibility for year-on-year growth and supporting the organisation’s wider growth ambitions.

Role Highlights:

  • Act as a trusted and credible partner, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify, secure, and grow new and repeat business opportunities.
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions aligned to partner priorities.
  • Contribute market insight to support the development and positioning of products.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of market trends and behaviours to identify opportunities and inform partnership activity.
  • Work closely with marketing activity and channels to support lead generation and drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Play an active role in strategic planning and continuous improvement.
  • Operate with full compliance across awarding and regulatory requirements.
