Key Purpose

The Assessor (Housing L3–5) is responsible for the delivery, development and continuous improvement of assessment across Housing apprenticeships and qualifications at Levels 3–5. The role ensures End-Point Assessment (EPA) and on-programme assessment activity is conducted fairly, consistently and in line with apprenticeship standards, assessment plans and regulatory requirements. Acting as both an experienced assessor and sector specialist, the postholder contributes to the development and refinement of assessment materials, supporting the organisation’s response to apprenticeship reforms and evolving sector expectations. Working collaboratively across Quality, Product Development, Operations and Partnerships, the role ensures a high-quality, compliant and commercially viable assessment offer.
