Part of our Product Development Team, the Assessment Integration Analyst is responsible for the optimisation of our Cirrus on-line assessment platform. The role involves a mix of technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure assessments, for example Multi-choice Tests and Practical Assessments, are effectively implemented and work seamlessly. Working closely with Product Developers, the Assessment Integration Analyst will work across the business to develop, build and implement effective assessment arrangements for existing and new products/qualifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the Cirrus ‘Super User’ for ETA, build on-line assessments, in line with qualification specifications, which are accessible for the widest range of learners, avoiding unfair disadvantage and barriers to learning.
- Collaborating with Operations and Quality to implement effective cross platform systems which work with APIs and third-party integrations to extend system functionality.
- Troubleshooting issues related to integrations or data inconsistencies and working with IT specialists to resolve technical challenges.
- Implement effective and consistent arrangements which ensures the centre and learner experience is clear and unambiguous whilst ensuring internal processes are robust and meet demand.
- Ensure ETAs approach to assessment development and maintenance meets Ofqual General Conditions and other regulatory requirements including IfATE and DfE.
- Collect and analyse data to gain insights into performance, effectiveness and efficiency, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Keep up to date with changes in assessment practice and legislation, including technological advances and sector specific demands and requirements.
