As the founder and current Managing Director prepares to retire, ETB is seeking a new Managing Director to lead the business through its next phase of growth and development. The anticipated start date is Q2 2026. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a well-established, high-performing company with significant potential for further expansion.
The Role
The Managing Director will have overall responsibility for executing the company’s strategy and delivering its business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Full accountability for financial performance and operational execution
