Your Role:

As one of our client’s Office Administrators, you’ll be at the heart of keeping the office running smoothly. You will:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
  • Handle client communications with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport scheduling and implementing recycling solutions.
  • Support the wider team through administrative tasks and liaising with external partners.
