Our client is a leading Scottish-based property firm with offices in Perth, Dundee, and Glasgow, and are looking to welcome a new member to the team in Perth. With over 50 years of combined experience in the letting market, our client is proud to support tenants, buyers, and landlords in finding or managing the perfect home. From city flats to luxury properties, they offer a wide range of quality accommodation and expert advice.
They are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Property Management Administrator to support their busy office with reception and admin duties, rental agreements, compliance handling, property maintenance coordination, and client viewings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk and general administrative support
- Drafting and managing rental agreements
- Ensuring compliance with rental property regulations
- Coordinating with tradespeople to resolve property issues
- Organising and attending property viewings
What They’re Looking For:
- Excellent IT skills and experience with property management software
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A quick thinker with outstanding customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Working Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week over 3 days. They are flexible and happy to adjust the schedule for the right candidate.
