Your Role: As one of our client’s Office Administrators, you’ll be at the heart of keeping the office running smoothly. You will:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Handle client communications with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate logistics, including transport scheduling and implementing recycling solutions.
- Support the wider team through administrative tasks and liaising with external partners.
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Problem Solving Skills – especially in logistics and recycling processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Minimum of GCSE Level 4 (Grade C) in Mathematics and English.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of recycling processes and sustainability practices.
