About the Role
Our client supplies and services tablets for bingo halls and arcades and operates a successful online bingo and casino platform. They are seeking a Factory Manager to lead a team of approximately ten staff across production, repairs, spares, and distribution. This is a hands-on, operational leadership role requiring a firm but fair management style, strong workflow discipline, and the ability to deliver results while maintaining quality, safety, and organisation at all times.
The successful candidate will own assembly operations, repairs workflow, inventory control, and logistics ensuring work is delivered to deadlines using best-practice production methods.

Salary and Hours:
£30,000 – £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Monday to Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
