What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and management reports
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts team
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and deadlines
  • Coordinating workflow, setting deadlines, and maintaining efficiency across client engagements
  • Liaising with clients, responding to queries, and offering strategic advice
  • Working closely with the senior leadership team to identify growth and service opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • ACA or ACCA qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing an accounts department and full compliance cycle
