Set to open its doors in January 2026, Étage is designed as a sanctuary for body and mind and it brings together the worlds of Ballroom & Latin, Ballet, Barre, Pilates, and Stretching under one beautiful roof. With its Parisian brick walls, chandeliers and original parquet across two spacious floors filled with daylight, Étage is designed for those who value dancing in a beautiful, inspiring space, not a drop-in venue, but a curated circle of dancers who return each week to grow, connect and express.

We are looking for a passionate Latin dance instructor to lead elegant and empowering women’s Latin classes, as well as private coaching sessions and bespoke wedding dance lessons. Ideally we want a person who wants to grow together with the studio, associate their name with it, and build something special.

Ideal profile:
  • Professional or competitive Latin background
  • Experience teaching women's group classes or ProAm coaching
  • Supportive, inspiring and expressive teaching style
Compensation: Negotiable, depending on experience, class load, and level of involvement within the studio.
