The Role
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales across NHS wheelchair services, dealers and specialist mobility providers within your territory. You will work closely with clinicians, therapists, procurement teams and dealer partners to assess, demonstrate and prescribe specialist mobility and seating solutions that deliver outstanding outcomes for end users. This is a field-based role suited to a commercially driven individual who enjoys building long-term relationships and developing new business opportunities within the NHS and mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop existing NHS and dealer accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with wheelchair services, therapists, clinicians and procurement stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations, assessments and training sessions
- Work collaboratively with dealer partners and internal teams to maximise territory growth
- Deliver territory sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management
- Represent Etac at exhibitions, trade events and customer education sessions
- Provide clinical and product support across the wheelchair and seating portfolio (training provided)
About You
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for improving outcomes for people with disabilities. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience within NHS, mobility, rehabilitation or healthcare sales
- Knowledge of wheelchair services, seating or complex mobility products
- Experience working with clinicians and NHS stakeholders
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisation and territory planning ability
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience within wheelchairs, seating, pressure care or rehabilitation products would be highly advantageous.
