We’re looking for a confident and experienced Sous Chef to join a busy corporate staff dining kitchen, just a short walk from Moorgate Station. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, fresh food for daily staff dining, including hot meals, grab-and-go options, and live action cooking stations.

The Role:

As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring the smooth delivery of a high-volume staff dining operation. You’ll play a key role in maintaining food quality, consistency, and efficiency across all service periods.
