Deputy Head of Hospitality to join one of the UK's leading contract caterers, based within a stunning corporate office environment in Central London.

This is a fantastic role for a hospitality professional who thrives in a premium, client-facing setting and enjoys leading high-performing teams while delivering outstanding service.

The Role

Working alongside the Head of Hospitality, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation, ensuring exceptional standards across meeting room service, private dining, and corporate hospitality events.

You'll be responsible for motivating and developing a large hospitality team, maintaining impeccable service standards, and ensuring every client experience exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Hospitality in the day-to-day management of the operation.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a large hospitality team.
  • Oversee meeting room hospitality, private dining, and corporate events.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Coach and mentor team members to maximise performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with rota planning, staffing levels, and operational organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and food safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvements to enhance the guest experience.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Deputy Hospitality Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar leadership role within contract catering or corporate hospitality .
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
  • Passion for delivering first-class customer service.
  • Professional, organised, and confident in a client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
