We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional dining and event experiences within a prestigious luxury residential environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring every service and event is seamless, memorable, and commercially successful.

About the Role

You will champion a resident-first culture, setting the standard for outstanding hospitality while driving operational excellence and profitability. Acting as the key point of contact for clients and guests, you’ll oversee events from initial enquiry through to flawless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for all residents and guests
  • Manage enquiries via phone and email, converting opportunities into confirmed bookings
  • Anticipate client needs and resolve issues proactively and discreetly
  • Conduct site show rounds, menu tastings, and client consultations
  • Plan and deliver catering for corporate functions, private dining, and social events
  • Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown to ensure impeccable execution
  • Work closely with culinary, sales, and operations teams to deliver cohesive service
  • Gather and act on guest feedback to continually enhance the experience
  • Identify marketing and promotional opportunities to grow event revenue
  • Maintain brand standards, service quality, and financial performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Event Manager, or senior hospitality professional
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness with knowledge of KPIs and hospitality marketing
  • A genuine passion for service excellence and creating memorable experiences
  • Hospitality, Events, PR, or Marketing qualification desirable (not essential)
