ETAB-Recruits is partnering with a leading luxury hospitality operator to recruit an experienced Premium F&B Operations Manager for a high-profile multi-site leadership role in Central London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially focused hospitality leader to take ownership of multiple premium venues, driving operational excellence, guest experience, revenue growth and team performance across a diverse portfolio.

The Role:

Reporting into senior leadership, you will have full accountability for Food & Beverage operations across several luxury hospitality venues, leading approximately 80 team members, including senior culinary leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class service standards, developing innovative food and beverage offerings, driving commercial performance and creating a culture of excellence throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing Food & Beverage teams across multiple venues
  • Drive commercial performance, profitability and revenue growth
  • Full ownership of P&L, labour costs, payroll and operational budgets
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and premium service standards
  • Develop food and beverage concepts, menus and promotional initiatives
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business
  • Drive operational consistency, efficiency and compliance
  • Lead recruitment, succession planning and team development
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, upselling and business growth

About You:

  • Proven senior leadership experience within luxury hospitality
  • Demonstrable P&L ownership and commercial acumen
  • Experience leading large teams within premium environments
  • Passion for guest experience and service excellence
  • Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Background within luxury hotels, premium restaurants, private members' clubs, high-end leisure or similar hospitality environments
