We’re recruiting a Head Chef for a busy contract catering site in Canary Wharf delivering up to 800 covers per day, alongside a varied corporate hospitality service. Hospitality ranges from working sandwich lunches and buffets to formal sit-down dinners and events, so we’re looking for a chef who enjoys both high-volume service and quality hospitality dining.

- Sous Chef
- 3 x Chef de Partie
- Commis Chef
- 2 x Kitchen Porters
The Role:
- Lead and develop the kitchen team
- Deliver fresh, high-volume food service
- Oversee corporate hospitality and events
