What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and motivating a team of 1 Catering Supervisor and 5 General Assistants
- Designing and delivering high-quality, seasonal menus
- Ensuring smooth, efficient service every day
- Managing budgets, stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Maintaining the highest food safety and health & safety standards
- Creating a positive, supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Chef in a similar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fresh food and outstanding service
- Excellent understanding of HACCP, allergens, and food hygiene standards
- Confident managing budgets and operational processes
