We are recruiting an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to join a prestigious corporate contract catering operation in Central London. The Role: You will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy and high-standard kitchen, delivering everything from fresh sandwiches and working lunches to elegant, sit-down fine dining dinners and corporate events. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work with premium ingredients while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of all kitchen operations
  • Produce high-quality food for both volume and fine dining services
  • Lead, train, and motivate junior members of the brigade
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and H&S standards are consistently met
  • Support menu development and service planning
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, consistency, and service
