We are looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join the team at a stunning hospitality venue set in the Kent countryside. You will be preparing fresh, high-quality breakfasts for guests in a busy but well-organised kitchen, ensuring every plate leaves the pass perfectly presented and on time.
What you will do:
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider team to deliver exceptional service
- Support with prep for lunch service where required
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a quality hotel or restaurant setting
- A passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and beautifully presented food
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A team player with a positive, reliable attitude
