Senior Electronics Engineer vacancy at ETA
VACANCY
The role is at the heart of both \”world class\” engineering innovation and customer relationships. The team will offer very high-quality field and support engineering to a global customer base and the engineering development teams of ETA. This is from the UK HQ and from onsite customer presence. This will include work based on system integrations, lab and field testing for the development teams and customer validation and all pre/postproduction activities linked to ETA’s electric solutions and knowledge transfer.
The role will be working within a team environment and include working in other territories to meet customer onsite support needs. Includes a range of work supporting design, integration, assembly and testing activities, together with a range of electronic based tasking to include soldering, wiring, PCB build and adjustments.
The role holder will represent ETA when working onsite with customers and will thus have responsibility for contributing to a customer partnership approach through ensuring delivery is to agreed deadlines.
The Senior Electronics Engineer is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering development projects of varying size and complexity. The Senior Electronics Engineer is responsible for the power electronics hardware design on multiple projects and will be responsible for the control, sensing, communications and thermal requirements of the design under the direction of the Lead Electronics Engineer.
