Esynergy are looking for an Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover) to provide high-quality support to six senior leaders across the business. This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You’ll become a trusted partner, helping leaders maximise their time, manage priorities and ensure key actions and stakeholder relationships are progressed effectively.
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements for six senior leaders, balancing competing priorities and ensuring time is used effectively.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings and logistics.
- Organise meetings, events and conference calls, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to execution.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and meeting materials to support leadership activities.
- Screen, manage and prioritise correspondence and emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where required.
- Follow up with clients and key stakeholders after meetings, ensuring actions, communications and next steps are completed effectively.
- Track actions and proactively manage outstanding tasks, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Support ad hoc projects, business initiatives and wider administrative requirements as needed.
