Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with the wider technical community to build and maintain mutually beneficial, rewarding and long-term relationships with the experts in our field.
  • Articulate esynergy's values, mission, and culture and how it drives our successful delivery of digital platforms, product and innovation.
  • Create, nurture, and adapt talent pipelines that enable us to fit the right opportunities quickly and effectively with the right people.
  • Collaborate with our colleagues and clients to ensure that business goals and requirements are communicated effectively to candidates.
  • Advise and manage both interviewers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure an effective and positive experience for all.
  • Provide market insights to the business, enabling us to react and respond to changes in the broader technical community.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within the tech/recruiting industry.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in technology, negotiating and critical thinking.
  • Desire to deliver a world-class service.
