Responsibilities
- Support the creation of SOWs with senior consultants and project teams.
- Align associates to SOW deliverables and help embed value delivery into each engagement.
- Work with Sales to help maintain commercial viability.
- Coordinate internal and external delivery kick-offs.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for associates.
- Maintain regular engagement check-ins with associates, including delivery support and performance guidance.
- Maintain ongoing check-ins with delivery partners.
- Support weekly account planning.
- Maintain delivery plans, stakeholder maps, and RAID activity, identifying and escalating risks and issues.
- Prepare weekly delivery reports and maintain regular client touchpoints (internal and client).
- Complete statements, monthly value reviews, and monthly team health checks.
