We are hiring a Dubai-based Executive Assistant to support the CEO, working closely with a UK-based Executive Assistant as part of a collaborative support team. Esya Labs is a precision biomarker and diagnostics company operating at the intersection of brain health, neurodegenerative disease research, and AI-driven molecular analysis. With teams and partners across the UK and U.S., we support cutting-edge research and operational work in a fast-moving, international environment.
This is a hands-on, operational role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, continuity of support, and effective coordination across time zones.
This position is high priority, with a target start date of March 2026.
Location & Setup
- Location: Dubai (must already be based in Dubai and have the Right To Work in Dubai)
- Working model: Fully remote initially
- Reporting line: Reports directly to UK-based EA
- Employment type: Full-time
Core Responsibilities
- Calendar management, scheduling, and coordination across multiple time zones
- Travel planning and logistics, including itineraries and changes
- Inbox and message triage; drafting clear and professional responses
- General administrative support, documentation, and follow-up tracking
Candidate Profile
- 2β3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Assistant
- Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Strong written and verbal English
- Tamil language skills strongly preferred
- High level of discretion, ownership, and attention to detail
Hiring Process
- First-round interviews: Conducted online by Harriet (UK-based EA)
- Second stage: Dhivya expects to be in Dubai in February 2026 and would ideally meet shortlisted candidates in person; otherwise, interviews will be held online
