We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our busy team in Aberdeen. This is a hands-on role within a high-volume warehouse environment, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working at pace, managing large volumes of deliveries and collections and maintaining accuracy under pressure. No two days are the same, and the role would suit someone who enjoys staying active and thrives in a fast-moving environment. No previous warehouse experience is needed — we will provide full training. All we ask is that you are hardworking, dependable and keen to learn.
What you’ll be doing:
- Accurately book all incoming goods into the warehouse management system
- Prepare, package and dispatch outgoing goods in line with client contractual requirements and delivery deadlines
- Liaise with the Warehouse Supervisor and Sales Team to resolve customer order queries efficiently
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and minimise warehouse error rates
- Ensure excellent housekeeping standards are maintained across all warehouse areas
- Support the wider warehouse team with day-to-day operational tasks as required
