Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Product Owner to take a lead on our product development activities and optimisation of end to end customer journeys across one of our core value streams. You will build, own and drive our product strategy as well as leading a high performing Product team.
What you’ll do:
- Build and own the product strategy and roadmap for our value stream, using customer-centric product techniques to identify and tackle product problems.
- Be an outstanding people leader who motivates and leads product squads to build brilliant customer experiences, drives innovation and upskill on agile mentality, practices and delivery.
- Lead our product discovery and collaborate very closely with the Customer team on user research and customer testing to bring the voice of the customer into the Agile squads.
- Take accountability for the product backlog by creating, prioritising and clearly communicating initiatives, epics, user stories & acceptance criteria to deliver maximum value.
- Drive an approach to product development that is strongly data and insight driven, using methods such as prototyping, user testing and A/B testing.
- Accountability for setting and delivering objectives & key results, as well as for the implementation and utilisation of appropriate analytics and reporting of the product.

- A passion for product development and people. You will have led agile product teams to build and deliver products that meet and exceed customer needs.
- Experience of creating, owning and driving product strategy with end-to-end product delivery at a senior level. You\’ll have a strategic approach with both business vision and the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- A data driven approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will know how to get the best from analytical tools to support data driven decision making.
- Someone who can build strong, long lasting business relationships and who can confidently challenge and influence colleagues of all levels.
- Excellent at generating high quality documentation including user stories, use cases and flow diagrams.
