This role will have responsibility for both analysis and design on relevant Billing projects, whilst ensuring traceability of outcome through development, testing, training and business readiness elements of the project lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop deep understanding of Billing processes and associated business and customer experiences.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to analyse customer outcomes, broader MI, and complex business problems. Identify pain points and opportunities, prepare options, collaborate on solutions, and oversee them to resolution.
  • Impact assessment of production incidents, analysis and coordination of solutions and remediation.
  • Support detailed design, documentation and build of the Billing processes and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and create features and user stories, ensuring alignment with business requirements and customer needs.

What we’d love you to bring:

  • Experience in process analysis and improvement initiatives, certification such as Lean/Six Sigma would be an advantage.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, with a focus on developing and enhancing billing processes, is advantageous.
  • Detailed analytical abilities, an inquisitive nature and not settling until all questions are answered and understood.
  • SQL skills are preferred but not essential.
  • Skilled in managing relationships with key stakeholders at the mid-senior level. Ability to document the change ready for handover to Operational areas.
