Your Impact:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the esure app, its AI-driven capabilities, and the customer experience.
  • Analyse customer insights, MI, and complex business challenges to identify pain points and AI-powered opportunities.
  • Collaborate on innovative solutions and drive them from concept to execution.
  • Support the design, documentation, and build of the app experience, working closely with Caura and product teams.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to refine and enhance the product backlog.
  • Map current and future state journeys, processes, and value streams to align with our strategic goals.
  • Conduct in-depth change impact assessments and ensure successful transformation delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across all levels.

Qualifications

What we'd love you to bring:

  • Experience in process analysis and improvement (Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus).
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and uncovering AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at a mid-senior level.
  • Ability to document and hand over change initiatives for seamless operational execution.
  • Expertise in agile and scrum methodologies within a dynamic digital environment.
  • Knowledge of human-centred design tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with as-is/to-be analysis, process mapping, and user story creation in JIRA.
  • Understanding of general insurance processes and best practices.
