Site Reliability Engineer in Reigate

We are currently recruiting for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Tech Enablement function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for our monitoring estate and for the continuous improvements and maintenance of it and to assist in incident investigationandresolution whenrequired. They also share skills within our Tech Enablement teamandshould be an evangelist for SRE techniquesandgoals to the broader IT community.

What youll do :

• Deliver proactive and reactive activities to meetSLAs and availability.
• Partner with development squads pre-launch to embed monitoring best practices.
• Support application infrastructure to reduce risks inefficienciesandservice issues.
• Provide incident support during office hoursandand on-call whenrequired.
• Build strong relationships with Agile squads DevOpsandwidertechnology teams.
• Maintainandupdate monitoring platforms to ensure reliableconsistentoperations.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance monitoringandimprove alerting capabilities.
• Identify monitoring gapsandpropose solutions to strengthenperformanceandresilience.
