Overview
Complex Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established distribution centre in the Heston (TW5) area. This Warehouse Operative role is ideal for someone seeking stable, long-term employment within a fast-paced logistics environment. We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative (night shift) with strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and proven experience operating an Electric Pump Truck (LLOP). As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in nightly operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and on-time dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Sorting and organizing stock, including soft drinks and alcoholic beverages
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading boxed goods from pallets
- Scanning and wrapping stock to maintain order accuracy and security
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with H&S standards
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency using an Electric Pump Truck (LLOP) essential
- Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High attention to detail and reliability
