Warehouse Operative
Location: Hounslow
Pay Rate: £12.21per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 06:00 - 16:00 (Overtime Available)

Complex Recruitment is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established distribution centre in Hounslow. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking stable, long-term employment in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have previous experience using an Electric Pump Truck (LLOP).
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting and organizing stock, including soft drinks and alcoholic beverages
- Picking and packing customer orders efficiently with attention to detail
- Assisting with unloading deliveries and managing stock levels
- Scanning and wrapping stock to ensure accurate tracking
- Loading and unloading boxed goods from pallets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment while following company procedures
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using an Electric Pump Truck (LLOP) - this is essential
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, handling and moving stock safely
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
