Complex Recruitment is currently seeking Van Drivers for an ongoing, full‑time role based in Park Royal. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced multi‑drop drivers looking for stable weekday work, competitive pay, and immediate starts, delivering to pubs, restaurants, and hotels.
Shifts & Hours
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Start Time: Flexible (between 05:00AM - 09:00AM)
- Hours: 8/10 hours per shift (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Completing 15-20 deliveries per shift, including double runs
- Delivering kegs and supplies to pubs, restaurants, and hotels
- Safely unloading goods using sack barrows and pump trucks
- Providing professional, courteous face‑to‑face customer service
- Handling initial customer queries confidently
- Liaising with the central office when required
- Maintaining company standards and representing the brand positively
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year multi‑drop delivery experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident and professional when dealing with customers
- Reliable, flexible, and positive with a can‑do attitude
- Maximum of 6 points on licence (no major endorsements)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
