Complex Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced HGV 1 Drivers for an exciting opportunity to work on movie set logistics in Glasgow. This role involves trailer swaps, set deliveries, and collections with no handballing or multi-drop. Location: Glasgow
Pay and Benefits:
- £19.00 to £21.49 per hour (Monday to Saturday)
- Additional pay for Sundays and Bank Holidays
- £30.00 night out allowance (if applicable)
Job Type and Shift Pattern:
- Full-Time | Various Shifts | Immediate Start
- 5 over 7 rota
- 5 on / 3 off
- Minimum 8 hours paid per shift up to 10 hours expected
Key Responsibilities:
- Trailer swaps and set trailer deliveries/collections
- Transporting dressing room trailers to and from filming locations
- Completing all required paperwork accurately
- Conducting vehicle checks before and after shifts
- Adhering to EU working time and driving regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience driving HGV Class 1
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights
- Movie set experience is desirable but not essential
- Must be available to complete an assessment and induction prior to starting
